- Sessions are booked in 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes lengths, depending on the service you choose. The session length you select is hands-on table time.
- How much does a massage cost?
- Current rates run from $60 to $200, depending on the service and session length. The full price list is published on this page, and the price you see is the price you book at. Add-on therapies start at $5.
- Can I add treatments to my massage?
- Yes. Added therapies such as craniosacral therapy, trigger point, reflexology, myofascial release, and aromatherapy are $5 each. Added treatments such as aroma oil, hot stone, cupping, and wood therapy are $10 each, and hand or foot renewal treatments are $20 each. You can select add-ons while booking online.
- Do you offer prenatal massage?
- Yes. Gentle, specialized massage designed for expectant mothers to ease pregnancy discomfort. Let Conni know how far along you are when you book so the session can be set up for your comfort.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Book online at coastaltwc.com/book by choosing your service, session length, date, and time, or call (757) 535-9168. The studio is at 515 Birdneck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Appointments are by appointment only.
- Do you accept HSA, FSA, or insurance?
- HSA and FSA cards are accepted, along with VA Insurance and VA Community Care. If you are using VA Community Care, bring your referral information to your first visit.
- Who will be performing my massage?
- Conni Gonzales, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Coastal Therapeutics. Conni served 10 years in the United States Navy before founding the practice and works with each client one-on-one.
