Her Story
Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, Conni served 10 years in the United States Navy. Her military service shaped the discipline, dedication, and deep sense of care she brings to every client interaction. It also gave her a firsthand understanding of what physical and mental stress can do to the body, and how powerful the right therapeutic touch can be.
After her service, Conni founded Coastal Therapeutics with a clear mission: to bring professional, personalized therapeutic massage to the Virginia Beach community. What started as a deep passion for bodywork has grown into a trusted wellness practice built on genuine care and expertise.
She combines evidence-based techniques with an intuitive, hands-on approach, listening to your body and tailoring every session to address your unique needs. Whether you're an athlete recovering from training, an office worker battling chronic tension, or simply seeking a moment of calm, Conni meets you where you are.
