- Add any therapies or treatments you want included in the session.
- Pick a date and start time. Only times that are actually open are offered.
- Enter your name, phone, and email so your appointment can be confirmed.
- Complete the short intake form covering your health history, injuries, medications, and the areas you want worked on, so your session starts on time and stays safe.

- What are your hours?
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM · Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM · Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Appointments are by appointment only, and available times shown on the booking calendar are always current.
- Where is the studio located?
- Coastal Therapeutics & Wellness Center is at 515 Birdneck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Sessions also take place on-site at Princess Anne Country Club and Delta Waterfront Resort.
- What session lengths can I book?
- You can book 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes sessions, depending on the service. Longer sessions allow more time on specific problem areas.
- What happens after I book?
- You will be prompted to complete a short intake form covering your health history, medications, injuries, and the areas you want addressed. Completing it in advance means your session starts on time and Conni can work safely around any conditions you list.
- Is there anything I should tell my therapist beforehand?
- Yes. Tell Conni about pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, blood clots, skin conditions, allergies, and any medication that affects circulation or sensation, along with your pressure preference. Massage is adapted or postponed when a condition makes it unsafe.
- What should I bring or wear?
- Come as you are. You will be professionally draped throughout the session and undress only to your level of comfort. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before your session time.
- Do you accept HSA, FSA, or insurance?
- HSA and FSA cards are accepted, along with VA Insurance and VA Community Care.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount, never expire, and can be purchased online at coastaltwc.com/gift-cards or by phone.
