Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage targets the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. Using firm, sustained pressure, your therapist will work to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle adhesions that can disrupt circulation, cause pain, and limit range of motion. This treatment is ideal for those experiencing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, or dealing with muscle tightness from physical activity. Our therapists will customize the pressure to your comfort level while effectively addressing problem areas.

What to expect
Every session starts with a short consultation so Conni understands your goals, problem areas, and preferred pressure. You are professionally draped for the entire session and undress only to your level of comfort. The session length you book is hands-on table time, so arriving a few minutes early keeps your full time on the table.
Tell your therapist about pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, blood clots, skin conditions, allergies, and any medication that affects circulation or sensation. Massage is adapted, or postponed, when a condition makes it unsafe. Coastal Therapeutics provides therapeutic massage and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
