Ultrasonic Cavitation

Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-invasive body contouring treatment. A handheld device glides over a layer of conductive gel and sends low-frequency ultrasound into stubborn areas such as the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and upper arms, where it targets fat cells beneath the skin. Your body then clears what is released through its natural lymphatic system. There are no needles and no downtime. Most clients feel gentle warmth and hear a soft, high-pitched hum during the session, then go right back to their day. Results vary from person to person and build gradually, so cavitation is booked as a package of 1, 3, 5, or 7 sessions. Cavitation is not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants in the treatment area, or liver or kidney conditions, so mention any of these when you book.

What to expect

Every session starts with a short consultation to understand your goals, problem areas, and preferred pressure. You are professionally draped for the entire session and undress only to your level of comfort. The session length you book is hands-on table time, so arriving a few minutes early keeps your full time on the table.

Tell your therapist about pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, blood clots, skin conditions, allergies, and any medication that affects circulation or sensation. Massage is adapted, or postponed, when a condition makes it unsafe. Coastal Therapeutics provides therapeutic massage and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
